Our cooking philosophy begins with the belief that healthy and delicious food begins at the farm and garden. This matched with classic culinary training and exquisite presentation creates a healthy and beautiful dining experience.
Jennifer uses only the finest seasonal and organic ingredients, sourced from local farmers and produced without preservatives, additives, growth hormones or antibiotics. Each ingredient is a building block to heightened taste and nutrition. From flour and sugar that has not been bleached; eggs and poultry sourced from hens that can roam; pork from pigs that can root; beef that has not been inoculated with pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, and growth hormones; fish that have not been genetically altered; and fruit and vegetables that have not been sprayed with herbicide, fungicide, irradiated, waxed or washed with chlorine.
